Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We are proud to ship directly from our local warehouse in California, USA. Standard shipping is completely FREE for all US orders and typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can easily track your package status on our "Track Your Order" page at any time.
Is my phone compatible with the magnetic mount?
The SHIELKIN tripod features a built-in magnetic ring designed seamlessly for iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 series (which have built-in MagSafe). If you have an older iPhone or an Android device, you can still use our tripod by attaching a magnetic ring sticker to the back of your phone or case.
Can I use the tripod with my phone case on?
Yes, but for the strongest and safest hold, we highly recommend using a MagSafe-compatible phone case. Standard thick phone cases may weaken the magnetic connection.
Does the Bluetooth remote work with my phone?
Absolutely! Our detachable Bluetooth remote pairs instantly with both iOS and Android devices. It has a range of up to 30 feet, perfect for full-body shots and group photos.
